I'm asking for help here as the live support is not "supporting" me properly nor helping me find a solution to my issue. I deposited X amount of euros from the SAME account i usually deposited with to the right IBAN, but typed the wrong TRANSACTION ID / BANK TRANSFER REASON. I attached all the screenshots and info required on 2 different tickets, but still no one is able to help me, even though my money was taken away from my bank account.
Anyone from support team can help me with this?
Players, anyone had a similar issue in the past? If yes, how did you fix it?
